As a Crisis Line Clinician with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide immediate, person-centered support to individuals reaching out through our Disaster Line. You’ll help identify needs, offer compassionate crisis intervention, and connect callers to services and resources that promote safety, stability, and hope.

Key Responsibilities
Provide trauma-informed and person-centered crisis intervention via phone
Assess caller needs, screen for safety, and connect to appropriate services or resources
Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards
Participate in supervision and team meetings to support continuous improvement
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Associate degree or completion of 60 college credit hours required
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

At least one (1) year of experience in behavioral health or human services if Associate degree is the highest degree obtained

Working knowledge of DSM-V required
