Overview:

Overview

Delivers service in a professional and efficient manner, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Provides real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures, and processes. Escalates complex issues, where applicable. Processes employee-related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information, and process guidelines. Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases in the HR Help Desk. Support the continuing transformation of HR via HR process implementation and the continuous technological improvements in Workday

Develop, deploy and execute solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Provides effective application and interpretation of company policies and procedures

Ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

All other duties as requested .

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

  • n/a

Experience

  • 3 years of HR experience.
  • Excel and power point presentation skills.
