Health Information Partners® (HIP) is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Vice President of Physician Services to lead and scale our Professional Fee division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth across physician coding, auditing, education, and compliance services.

- Oversee coding, auditing, and compliance engagements
- Ensure high-quality delivery and strong client relationships
- Drive operational performance and scalable growth
- Participate in business development and client expansion
What You Bring
- 5+ years leadership in Physician/Professional Fee services
- Strong background in coding, auditing, and compliance
- CPC, CCS-P, and/or CPMA required
- Proven ability to lead teams and grow service lines
- Highly responsive, solutions-driven, and client-focused
